How do I replace the screen of my Versa 4?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

All I want to to do is change out my  badly scratched watch crystal face.

I've been to 2 watch shops snd they won’t touch them,

Fitbit just tells me I don’t qualify for a full replacement. I don’t want a full replacement, I just want to get a new crystal.

Can anyone tell me where they went to replace their crystal?

I have Versa 4

Hi @Augustabd  replacing the screen of the Fitbit removes the factory seal and water resistance of the device. There are places online who do such repairs, but you'd need to search for them and make that decision.

One person posted about scratches on the inside of their pebble and used a product which seemed to reduce them. Might be worth reading their posts to see if it's something you might like to try for your scratched screen. click to read

Hi there, @Augustabd. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your the screen of your Versa 4 is scratched. I understand why you want to change/replace it.

As @Odyssey13 has mentioned, please note the screen cannot be replaceable and/or repaired.

If you have any questions regarding what is covered under the warranty you can read more about it here fitbit.com/legal/returns-and-warranty.

Before doing something to your watch, please review the section Availability or repair facilities/spare parts  and Exclusions and Limitations from the link I've shared above.

Nevertheless, as you've mentioned, I've seen you contacted our Support Team before posting here. If you have any questions regarding the outcome of your case, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team again. Since you already have a ticket open with them it'd be easier to continue the follow up on this matter with them directly. Thanks in advance!
