As indicated in my previous post, I want to return the Versa 4 which I received yesterday due to subpar funcionalities compared to the Versa 3 which I am planning to get instead.
However it is less than obvious how to achieve that. The "my orders" page has the versa 4 there with a large button stating "Return Item(s)" but when you click on it you end up on the general help home page (https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/home) which is not what the button states.
Does anybody know what is the actual process to return the Versa 4? I do not want to get caught up.
