@USPTA34 Hello! You can enable this in the Fitbit app. Tap on the battery % icon in the upper left-hand corner of the Fitbit app > then tap on your Versa 4 > then tap on Notifications. Make sure text messages is turned on (green). Here is a help article on Notifications if you need further assistance.

On the other hand, and adding to what she shared with you, in case you're an iOS user and look forward to receiving iMessage notifications, please try toggling the iMessage setting; general > Messages > iMessage and verified the "Show Previews" was on "Always".
