Hi there, @Therewastisgirl. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums.

In order to turn off notifications you can go to your dashboard on the Fitbit app > Tap on your profile picture > Tap on Versa 4 > Tap Notifications and go to E-mail, Text, Calls notifications and you'll see the option to disable them.

If you'd like to temporarily disable all notifications, you can also turn on the Do Not Disturb Mode on the settings app of your Versa 4.

@RiekoC Thank you so much for your help and moving the post to the correct board.

Hello & welcome @Therewastisgirl

I moved your post from the Android platform forum to the Versa 4 forum since your question is related to the device rather than the platform.

Click here to see how to: Manage notifications on the Versa 4
