How do I use the GPS on my Versa 4?

Where is the option to GPS for a walk on Versa 4? I would like this option to better track distance when I am not out for a run.

Hello @StephieRed and welcome to the Community.  A few other uses commented that the GPS seems to be off by default in the Exercise app, something very odd for Fitbit.  Go to your Exercise app on your Versa 4 by either a light push on the button or by tapping on the All option on your Exercise Tile on the V4 screen.  Choose Walk and swipe up on the tiny "^" at the bottom of the screen.  Toggle the GPS on.

While you are on that screen, the Versa 4 has a Walk Detect option there, too.  This is different from SmartTrack, Fitbit's auto recognition feature.  This feature will make your V4 vibrate if it detects a walk and ask you if you want to track it with the exercise app.  I turned this feature off.  It takes over seven minutes for my Sense 2 to "detect" a walk this way.  I find it annoying.

Hi I have the same fault. I have had my Versa 4 for a few weeks. The gps  signal comes up for the other exercises  like hiking and running but not for the walking app. It logs everything but does not show the route like it did on my previous versa 3.
