Hi there,
Recently bought a versa 4 and it will not connect with Google wallet.
Seems to sync otherwise it's just this function
All I seem to get is that "error trying to connect make sure the versa 4 is close by and turned on"
I've tried restarting both phone and versa. Unpairing, removing device from Fitbit app and re adding but every time the same error.
Any suggestions?

I spoke to customer service about that as well, since I read articles stating, google features were rolling out November 15th, however they told me there are currently no google features on the Versa 4.

I get the same problem. Tried Factory Resetting the Versa, deleting and re-installing the app. Tried installing the app on another phone ... nothing works 😞

Exactly the same issue.
I've tried a few different things too.
Sounds like we are waiting then for them to update the apps/firmware. Seems bizarre it's there though as an option if you can't use it.

That is not completely true, since Google maps functionality seems to work fine. It is only Google wallet that does not work/connect.

It works if you have an iPhone, but not Android at the moment.
Your only option is to borrow someone's iPhone.

Exact opposite for me, I can add as many cards as I need to on the Android app and Versa 4 but when using IOS, only the card that I mark as DEFAULT in the IOS app will display on the Versa 4 regardless of the number os cards.
This device is just so inconsistent. The Apple watch does not experience the same behavior, it just works.
