Hi @AnnaRosen - if you are trying to install a firmware update for your watch, be sure the effect it will have after the update first. Check in the forums to see what others found.
If you are considering changing your watch, again also be sure what the differences are. A Versa 4 doesn't have all the features that exists on earlier models, so depending on your needs be careful or you may find you have downgraded with the newer watches.
If your current watch is working then leave well alone.

Best AnswerHi again, my Versa is not working at all. Says waiting for upload of new software which is not possible to upload on the phone.
Looking into Fitbit app I cannot find any upgrade for the old. Eras only Versa 4.
please support.

Best AnswerLike @Guy_ States, we won't be able to update the firmware until fitbit gives us the option to update. I also still don't have the option to update, and wonder if the update is on hold.
I've read about many users having issues with this update

@AnnaRosen - just in case there is a confusion. You can't upgrade an existing watch from a Versa to a Versa 4, nor can you install the later release of firmware for the Versa 4 [194.61] as it seems suspended due to problems.
This is just a user forum for providing help. As mentioned the Versa 4 is not an upgrade as it doesn't have all the features of previous watches.

@AnnaRosen - in the Fitbit App click the profile photo (top left) and on the next screen you will see which watch you have, part way down.
