Issues with Versa 4 Clocks

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Clock faces seem to be stacked on top of each other. I didn't experience this issue in previous updates so it may have been introduced in this latest one. This is my official request to the dev team to please take a look and fix this issue as soon as possible. Please and thank you!

Hi @bbonillasnchz - the Versa 4 handling is different and certain operations can end up having more than one clock face running at a time.

It can be prevalent in cases where you get a clock face error (especially when switching). It doesn't necessarily mean the clock face has an error but more the switching failed.

To resolve it hold the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start.

This generally clears the error but due to the design of the OS in can arise again.

You can try a reset to the watch.
