Issues with connectivity

My Versa 4, will no longer sync with the scales nor with my "friends" list.  It just stopped for no reason.  It keeps saying is there a typo in your url.    Can anyone explain how to get that back working?

Hello @Myapuppy which scales are you triggering to? Are they made by fitbit, or a third party?? Fitbit has stopped supporting the Aira original scale and this scale will not sync anymore. 

Also scales sync with the Fitbit App, not with your Versa 4
