I've had this Versa 4 for less than a year. When my Versa 2 battery life was down to lasting only 2 or 3 days after having it for several years, I decided to get a new model, the Versa 4. Well, within the last two weeks now, my Versa 4 has an additional clock face on it, that has a black background with a white font and it always displays Military time. I have to tap this clock face to see my normal clock face with all of my stats listed. I CANNOT get this clock face to go away. I've restarted my Fitbit and it just shows up right away again! But the thing that really irritates me is that my battery is only lasting 2 days now. I think the loss of battery life ties into this additional military time clock face that is always on. Anyone else having this issue? I've been purchasing Fitbits for at least 12 years, but I'm feeling pretty disappointed in the product right now and may have to buy from another company in the future.

You have accidentally turned on the "always-on display". It shows a simplified dimmed time-only display most of the time until you turn the display on normally. You probably turned this on in Quick Settings.

Thank you, I appreciate it! You were SO right on this issue - the military time is gone and my battery life is lasting longer again!
