My Versa 4 disconnected again

This is day 3 I'm trying to reconnect this not so amazing smartwatch. 

Everytime I take a shower I take it off (why? Because you would need to take it off and wipe it anyway after shower because if not the trapped water underneath would eat your skin alive) I need to hurry up putting it back on otherwise it would disconnect.

Well, silly me I forgot to do it I went to bed and here we are, day 3 trying to reconnect.

This is the 3rd time that this happening to me

I can't describe how annoyed I am. This is a £180!!!!!!!!! smartwatch, why on earth it can not stay connected if you remove it for 10 hrs????? None of my previous smartwatches did this, I could even not wearing them for days, the battery didn't die and it stayed connected to my phone

I'm so close just to stamp on it. Seriously.

I've tried everything, deleted the app, restarted the watch 50 times, restarted my phones 50 times, removed the devices from my Bluetooth

What else can I do?

Non of my previous smartwatches did this, also none of them was fitbit, to be truthful. 

Reading the rest of the topics here it's an ongoing issue, which for £180 should happen. Simply shouldn't happen.

Also for £180 I don't think I should disconnect everything else on my phone just because this crap cannot stay connected. Everything else can.

It has been purchased November 2024, can I still send it back? 

If not then tell me what can I do?

There is no way I'll recommend this to anyone, nor purchasing any fitbit products in the furure.

This is a known problem.  Before fitbit was bought by google, they knew this was an issue especially with Android users.  It wasn't always this way. However, they never fixed the issue.....
