Help!
Recently my versa 4 would not turn on when I pressed the button, it would just vibrate. I would then hold down the button and a black screen with dots would appear, and after so nothing. If I held it down again the screen would appear again and alternate with a blue screen with black dots until a black screen with a Red Cross would appear. It would still not turn on. The first time this happened I charged it, despite it being at 80%, and it was fine.
This was yesterday, and today the same thing happened again. However this time I have been unable to charge it due to being away from home, and now when I press down the button nothing happens, the screen with the dots doesn’t even appear.
I tried to sync it to my app but that did not work.
Also, recently the battery hasn’t been the best, draining quicker than normal.
The watch is less than a year old and hasn’t been in any water/had any damage!
Thanks for any help!

Thank you so much for letting us know about this situation and for all your efforts.
I suggest you try to do a manual factory reset:

Hello,
Unfortunately it is still not working.
I've followed these steps (I tried multiple times). It came up with a loading bar at one point, but then went black again. Then when I pressed the button the button nothing happened until I held down the button and the logo came up again.

Hi @kmordue!
Thank you for your answer and for your efforts.
Did you try to follow the troubleshooting steps described in this article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
Which phone and Android or iOS version do you have?

Hello,
yes I’ve tried all the steps I could - as the Fitbit itself isn’t turning on it’s not an issue with it connecting to my phone so half of them weren’t really relevant.
I tried resetting while attached to power and still nothing.
I have an iPhone 12 and am on IOS17.6.1
