My experience with Versa 4 and Customer Service

Bought the watch as a Christmas gift. When they took it out of the box it didn't work. That was at the end of November. Had to send it back and wait over 3 weeks. They sent a refurbished watch back that doesn't work right and has a blown speaker!! I even purchased the protection plan from Fitbit. They keep saying they are reviewing the case!! So I bought a brand new watch and it's been over a month and still don't have what I paid for!! They customer service is absolutely horrible at this company!! I just want what I paid for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi @David2222 - did you know Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.
