My experience with Versa 4

I received a Versa 4 for Christmas 2023. I was excited for the new upgrade. Instead, it was a down grade from my Versa 2. Why would fitbit even manufacture the Versa 4? What a terrible product!!! I started my fitbit journey with the Charge 2, it was fine, but heavy and bulky. I then got a Versa 2. What a wonderful smart watch. I had easy access to my many apps, it was very user friendly. This Versa 4 is the worst ever....I won't even call it a smart watch, there are no features available. Total DOWNGRADE!!!

Hi @Bobcat1975 - unfortunately there quite a few things the versa 4 doesn't have that the versa 2 does.

Did you know if you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.

Maybe I look at the cup as half full instead of half empty, but I really love the Versa 4.  It’s a beautifully designed health and fitness tracker.  What smart features are you missing that you need ?  I actually have an Apple Watch as well, but still prefer my Versa 4.  Compared to my AW I get week long battery life, the ability to natively log water and food, advanced sleep tracking, readiness and stress scores, a lighter more comfortable design, sleep profiles.   More watch faces.

I am so glad I scrolled down to read your comment after reading some very negative ones.   I have one on the way and I read that this one is excellent.
