Bought the Versa 4 at end of November 2024 and all was good up until about 1-2 months ago. Versa 4 no longer accurately tracks steps, nor altitude. Reset the device multiple times, to no avail. Followed instructions on making sure all of my setting were set appropriately so that it could accurately track my movements again, but nothing worked. Factory reset is BS. Watch face is no longer working properly, and red X appears when trying to reset the device. Needless to say, I am switching to another company's smartwatch after wasting $200 on this product...
