Keep hitting the install button, it looks like it works and then goes right back and shows the install button again.
It has the two minimum tiles on there but it will not let me install any of the others.
Restarted both the phone and the versa.
Did a force stop on the app and opened it again. Uninstalled and reinstalled all the same thing.

Hi @Gy2025, welcome to the Fitbit community ! I hope you are doing well.
Let me help you with the installation of the tiles you are mentioning.
In order to better understand the nature of your issue, please specify what tiles you are attempting to install. Are you talking about the app you can install in your Versa 4.
If yes, please refer to our help article How do I set up and troubleshoot apps on my Fitbit device? > How do I troubleshoot apps on my Fitbit device?
This steps are the ones I found you need to tap on a "install" button. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Hi,
I am attempting to install all but two of the tiles. My watch only has exercise tracking and weather.
The apps installed just fine, but the tiles install and almost instantly uninstall themselves.
This is my second watch. My other one worked perfectly fine. I googled my problem and none of the solutions I got worked. I have tried resetting both devices, reconnecting, reinstalling the app, and even changing the watch faces. My watch is fully charged and brand new.
If you can help me in anyway that would be much appreciated, Thank you!

I’m using a Versa 4 and can’t install any tiles at all. I uninstalled a couple and can't even reinstall ones I removed. I’ve tried everything: syncing manually, restarting both the watch and my phone, reinstalling the app, checking permissions, repairing, checked firmware. The only thing left is factory reset which I am hoping to avoid.
---
I noticed the ones I uninstalled keep installing back.

Has this been resolved for you? I've done everything you've done and still the same problem. I also noticed the Agenda tile is gone. 😞

Hello. If you hit the install or uninstall button it looks like something is working and then it just instantly reverts back.

It hasn't. I haven't been able to update my watch.

So disappointing. My Versa 2 was so much better than what this one is turning out to be. I am hoping this is just some sort of update issue that needs to sort out. I keep hitting install hoping I can somehow trick it lol.

I've tried installing weather, timer, menstrual health. I've tried uninstalling core stats. Nothing will install/uninstall. See my notes in comments below. Can anyone help?

This used to work. I am hoping it is just a bug thats been recently introduced. Hopefully there will be a solution soon.

That is good to know that it did used to work so hopefully they can fix it. I really want the menstrual health one back. It's helped me know where I am at in my cycle. Do you know if Agenda will come back?

I am experiencing the same issue. When I press the install button, it changes to installed for a second, then changes back without actually installing the tile. I also tried restarting the watch and force quitting the Fitbit app, and updating the watch software, but still the issue persists.

I did factory reset under the advice of the engineers. I do not recommend it.
I contacted live support who escalated the case. The response was to factory reset. I did that but I still cannot install/uninstall any tiles which means I lost my previous setup including Google Pay because my app is telling me what it thinks its installed (which is incorrect) and it won't let me update anything. I have recontacted support who have escalated the case again and I am awaiting a response in the next few days. Messaging here as I do not recommend trying to factory reset as it didn't resolve the issue and now its much worse.

I agree with you completely! I did a factory reset hoping I could make changes before the update section and now my watch is a complete mess. It isn't synced properly, the exercise feature is glitching and tiles I had managed to remove are back. 🥺. This is very unfortunate. I am sorry it is happening to you as well.

I had this exact same issue until 10 minutes ago. I had to go into my app settings, next go to the Fitbit app in there, completely clear the cache and cookies, THEN delete the app and reinstall it.

You are amazing! It worked! It took a few attempts but it's all working! Five golden stars and then some to you for solving something that Google and Fitbit couldn't or wouldn't even try to fix. Thank you so much for sharing!

Found a way around this that worked for me. Hold down on the clock face on the Versa 4, Swipe over to Open Gallery. This opens the Versa 4 tab on the phone (but since the Watch opened it, it seems to work differently). Then go down to My Tiles and install the tiles there.
Hopefully this helps other stumbling along this bug
