Keep hitting the install button, it looks like it works and then goes right back and shows the install button again.
It has the two minimum tiles on there but it will not let me install any of the others.
Restarted both the phone and the versa.
Did a force stop on the app and opened it again. Uninstalled and reinstalled all the same thing.

First time I've ever commented on anything on here but wanted to thank you for finding the solution to this. It's been driving me crazy for days now, I'd have torn my hair out if life hadn't already done it for me.

Mine was doing the same thing and I was sooo irritated. I did all the things you did to try and fix it and it didn't work. What did work:
Go to apps on your Fitbit app
Click on Timer, Uninstall
Then search again for Timer in the apps and it will give you 2 options, the regular fitbit timer and the timer tile. Select the timer tile. This should do it!

Thank you for another workaround. It is crazy that we have to do this at all 😕

This fixes everything...ordering tiles, customizing clock faces, removing or installing tiles. There is nothing in any of the documentation I've seen that mentions holding down the clock face and swiping right to Open Gallery. Apparently, the Fitbit technicians don't know about it either. Thanks!!
