My experience with Versa 4

My husband recently switched from the Versa 3 to the Versa 4. His three was no longer functioning properly, which is why we updated. The issues we are encountering are as follows:
The battery life is worse, and is dying quickly.
You took off the music control
It does not auto sense exercise as well.

Hi @jboll08 - you are correct there are numerous things that don't work as well on the Versa 4.

Did you know Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds. You may still be able to get a Versa 3 in the shops or online.
