My Versa 4, which I got as an early Christmas present 1 month ago, suddenly DIED sometime last night, before I went to bed. It had been charged the day before, so something STRANGE happened. Help!! I'm ready to return it to Costco & go back to my analog Timex Ironman & give up on a smart watch! 😭😭😭

Sorry, I forgot to say that I charged it overnight & it's still DEAD!!

I pressed the side button for a while & it came back to life, but it hadn't charged all night, the HR light wasn't on, & the date said yesterday, & the time was by either 1 hr 45 min, or 13 hrs 45 min off, as it doesn't show am or pm.

Ok, I synced it with my phone (having chrging issues of its own!), & the date & time are now correct. Still no HR. Will try to do a reset...
