My versa 4 won't charge. It buzzes when you place it on the charger and nkt doing anything. I've tried different chargers different plugs and it's the same. But those plugs charge my other products ok. Really dissapointed it was also a nightmare to set up

Hi @LissaF - it might have a fault, but try a restart How do I restart my Fitbit device?
If you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy if bought direct from them or from an authorised shop perhaps, and some stores offer a 14 to 30 day one.
