New Fitbit versa 4 battery issues

I got a new Fitbit versa 4 a few months ago, and recently and suddenly, it dies after like 3 hours from full battery. It’ll charge to 100% and be dead a few hours later. Anyone had this happen to them? Any tips to fix it? Do I need to get a new smart watch?

Seems like its battery is draining. Please, try restarting the watch, hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrate and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

I'd recommend to change the clock face to one designed by Fitbit and please confirm if you've followed the tips and recommendations to maximize your watch's battery life. Try turning off Bluetooth on the phone to see if the battery last longer.

I’m experiencing the same battery 🪫 life issues. Not as quickly as yours, 3 hours, but definitely within 6 hours! It’s extremely tedious and irritating! Just purchased a week ago and needs 14 days of consistent wear to sync with me but how when I need to take off an recharge so frequently?!? 😠
