Purchased new Versa 4. It completely charge overnight. Have been trying to sync with Fitbit app on my Samsung Tab A9+ all morning! The tablet runs with Android version 16, which is compatible according to everything I've read. I have restarted the tablet, checked for Fitbit App updates. Deleted my previous Fitbit 2 from the app. I've logged in through my google account. I have shut down and/or restarted my tablet multiple times. I re-started the Versa watch several times. After restarting the watch, the Fitbit logo appears. I believe it is paired with my tablet, but data will not sync to the app, nor is there even a display on the watch...just a black screen. Pushing the side button does no good, nor does swiping. Please enlighten me! My previous Versa was not this difficult! Help!
Best AnswerI will also say that the Bluetooth on my tablet is definitely turned on. Turned that off and on several times too. There has even been a window that says sync, but after a couple minutes, it says it is "taking longer than normal" and then finally says for some reason there is no connection but doesn't identify the reason!
