My new Versa 4 is requiring an update...It has been an hour and nothing

Thanks! I ended up un-installing the FitBit app and installing it again. It connected and all is great.

Please make sure that your mobile device has a strong internet connection.
For the best results we recommend that no other Bluetooth device should be connected or near the phone/tablet.
