Just got my new versa 4 and I can’t set it up. It won’t sync fully or allow me to swipe the face. Very frustrated. Have followed all troubleshooting hints (uninstalled and reinstalled, forced quit and restart, disconnected from Bluetooth and then repaired, switched phone on and off). Please advise on what I can do to make the **ahem** thing work!

Please keep in mind that if your Versa 4 is not set up in your Fitbit account, it won't sync nor allow you to change the clock face.
