I can't believe you can't get 3rd party apps on Fitbit versa 4 or add shortcuts to exercise types you use most often. I bought this as an upgrade to my versa 2 and it is actually less functional, how does that make any sense? Really disappointed and considering returning.

Hi @Charloburto - it doesn't make sense but as you know, if you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy if bought direct from them or from an authorised shop perhaps, and some stores offer a 14 to 30 day one.
