Not Able to Connect again

Hi all!

since the last update my fitbit had issues getting off sleep mode. Nothing worked so i tried putting it back to factory settings. Now i cant Connect my device to my phone again. What can I do?

Hi @Akraaijeveld - assuming the watch is working, did you try to set it up as a new replacement watch in the Fitbit App?

If so, try removing the watch Bluetooth entries from the phone first, and even the device from you account, restart the phone and watch and try again.
