Not able to change watch faces on Versa 4 using Fitbit app

I recently got my new Versa 4 and I have done the setup 3 - 4 times doing a factory reset but I'm still not able to access the Gallery (watch face) section on the Fitbit app. 

Whenever I try to access this I get an error message saying that internet is not connected whereas I am using my mobile data and wifi 24/7 on my device. 

I would really appreciate if someone would help me to resolve this issue.

Hi @jkanayil - thanks for the photo, this is generally a phone issue, which means the Fitbit App doesn't have unrestricted internet access even though it does have internet scces.

See no internet access
