I recently got my new Versa 4 and I have done the setup 3 - 4 times doing a factory reset but I'm still not able to access the Gallery (watch face) section on the Fitbit app.
Whenever I try to access this I get an error message saying that internet is not connected whereas I am using my mobile data and wifi 24/7 on my device.
I would really appreciate if someone would help me to resolve this issue.
