Not tracking my exercise and notification work occasionally

I has happened few times that even though I have pressed start exercise and when I sync my app, it shows no detail that I have done any exercise or no data about my sleep durations even I have synced app several times so what can I do? And for some reason, my Versa does not always notificates me about coming messages or calls.
