I am not getting texts on my versa 4. I HAVE A SAMSUNG 21. I have tried everything I can think of. Please help if you can.

Hi @Donijo23 - if you have followed the instructions in How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? then chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.

Hi there, @Donijo23. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 4 before reaching out. @Guy_ Thanks for your help.
In addition to the steps you've done so far, I was wondering if by any chance you have MobileTrack linked to your Fitbit account? If so, please note this may be the reason why your notifications are not coming through your Fitbit device.
Please note Android users cannot have both, MobileTrack and a Fitbit device linked to their Fitbit account at the same time. With that being said, you can unpair either MobileTrack or your Fitbit device whenever you are about to use the other device, or well, you can create a separate account for each. For more information, see Can I use more than one Fitbit device with the same account?
Once you link your Versa 4 to your Fitbit account, try setting up your notifications again. For more information, see How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
