Notifications are not coming through my Versa 4

I have been on chat most of the morning with someone trying to make my new versa 4 receive texts and calls.  I need major help it's not working

Hi @DJgraeber - there may be an issue if you are on the latest firmware, see Versa 4 On Wrist Calls problems after latest update

Hi there, @DJgraeber. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Fitbit device before reaching out. 

As a first approach, I suggest following @Guy_'s recommendation. 

If the above doesn't work, would you mind confirming if you have a Versa 4 or any other Versa Smartwatch? I'd also like to know if you had another Fitbit device prior this current Fitbit device?

Hi. Yes I had the Versa 2, but decided to upgrade to the 4. I discovered
the 2 is way better, so I packaged my Versa 4 up and sending it back
tomorrow. Fitbit customer service is for the birds. After 3 attempts to try
to get the problem resolved, they weren't very helpful. I can't find any
evidence there is GPS and the calling on wrist wouldn't work, so I gave up.
Reviews on the 3 and 4 are not very good anyway. I will stick with the 2
for now and if I decide to upgrade, it won't be a Fitbit..
