Notifications are not coming through my Versa 4

My message aren’t coming through on my fitbit v 4. when notifications are on all devices etc . Iv factory reset too. How can I sort this ?

To better assist you, may I know the mobile device you're using? Is it Android or iOS? Which notifications are not coming through?
