Hello there, @Skcbuntich. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your notifications are not coming through your Versa 4. I'll be glad to help you!

As a first approach, I'd recommend checking if your Versa 4 is in sleep mode. When sleep mode is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
  • The screen's brightness is set to dim.
  • The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist. To wake your tracker, firmly tap the screen twice.
  • The sleep mode icon illuminates in quick settings.

I'm having the same issue, but I have tried all your troubleshooting steps, along with a factory reset, twice. for a $300 watch, not getting notifications is a pretty big deal. Is there a ticket in for this issue to be fixed? It seems its been an ongoing issue for quite some time given there are multiple threads of the same issue.
