Notifications are not coming through my Versa 4

I’ve read every post re: this same issue. Nothing has fixed the issue.

 Please advise or email me the step by step instructions.

Hi there, @VJLM. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your notifications are still not coming through despite the steps you've done so far. I appreciate you've taken the time to troubleshoot this issue before reaching out. I will do my best to continue helping you. 

To better assist you, may I know if you already verified whether your Versa 4 is in sleep mode? When sleep mode is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
  • The screen's brightness is set to dim.
  • The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist. To wake your tracker, firmly tap the screen twice.
  • The sleep mode icon illuminates in quick settings.
