Notifications are not coming through my Versa 4

Hi @Kaawren @Queenbetty - just in case did you pull down on the watch face and turn off all the icons?

Hi there, @Kaawren @Queenbetty. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 devices are not getting notifications. We're here to help you guys! 

As @Guy_ has suggested, please check if your Versa 4 is in sleep mode. When sleep mode is on:

• Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
• The screen's brightness is set to dim.
• The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist. To wake your tracker, firmly tap the screen twice.
• The sleep mode icon illuminates in quick settings.

Neither can I.  Had no problem with Versa 3
