I bought a Versa 4 last week, and I'm having problems getting the sleep stages to show up - so far out of nine nights, I have full sleep data for three of them. I've tried adjusting the fit, but this doesn't seem to be the problem as it continues to track my heart rate even on nights when it doesn't show the sleep stages (and to wear it any tighter would be extremely uncomfortable). Two nights ago I cleared the cache and wore it on the inside of my wrist, which worked, but I did the same thing last night and it didn't. I've seen lots of people say that deleting the sleep and relogging it gets the sleep stages to show up for them, but so far this hasn't worked for me.
I want to keep experimenting until I can get the data to show up consistently, but if it keeps doing it sporadically for the next few weeks, I'll have to assume it's a faulty product and return it. So, does anyone have any further ideas on what to experiment with? And with regard to deleting and reentering the sleep data - how soon after waking up do you do this? When you reenter it, how long does it take for the sleep stages to show up?

Hello @rambaka8
I moved your post from the Charge 6 product help forum to the Versa 4 product help forum since that's the Fitbit device you mention in your post.

Hi @rambaka8 - a couple of things.
If you had a previous Fitbit did you unpair it's entries from Bluetooth?
There have been changes to how sleep is calculated (and it is done behind the scenes so takes time to be evaluated sometimes) so it may not appear immediately in the app.
If you have a non Fitbit clock face it may be causing problems and possibly try another one.
Lastly try turning off the phone's Bluetooth at night to see if that makes a difference, especially if you have experienced syncing issues.
After a successful sync you could also try a restart of the watch in case it has an ongoing issue.

My Versa 4 has been recording sleep and stress etc fine up til 2 days ago. I pay for premium to get the breakdown on sleep but now all I get is the hours and nothing else. Has there been some sort of change or is my Versa playing up?
