Readiness score not appearing on Versa 4

I recently bought versa 4 I really love it. Unfortunately my readiness score doesn't always appear. I uninstall the app & reset the watch, still no success. Despite wearing it, still don't get score. It's frustrating as everything else works just not my readiness score.

I no longer can get my readiness score, I did not wear my fitbit inspire 3 last Fri, I got score on Sun none since then. I have uninstall the fitbit app and clear the data on my fitbit watch, still no score.

Not sure what to do, as really like my fitbit inspire 3 tracker

Can some advise me what to do ?

My daughter and I both had this score stop working at the same time which is suspicious.  We've tried everything and nothing works.  Very frustrating as we are premium members 😞

Unfortunately no luck still with readiness score, despite wearing to bed no score, so frustrating 😫
