Readiness score not showing up

So it's showing that the readiness score is available to everyone, but every time I've tried to add the tile, it takes me to sign up for premium.

I've uninstalled/reinstalled, rebooted, logged out & in, cleared cache, made sure my app is up to date.  All the things.

I tried chatting with tech support on X but that got me no where.

Any ideas of what I'm missing?

Am I the only one?

Hi everyone. Thank you for sharing your Readiness score queries.

Please update your Fitbit app to the latest version in order to get it available (please be patient, it's been slowly rolling out, thank you).

Have a nice day!

I can’t answer your question but I am having the opposite issue.
I had a readiness score and about 2 months worth of data, which has all vanished and it’s telling me I need to wear the device for 2 weeks to calibrate readiness again.
not happy. This is a feature I use and value. And they’ve broken it.

"They've broken it" is the best description I think I've ever heard. And I feel bad for giggling

I definitely read about other people having the same problem you are, and Fitbit giving them the standard log out uninstall reinstall reboot log back in advice. Which seem to me be helpful for some of them??? Well thank you for replying, hopefully you get your issue resolved too.

@Karmlovich   it's a progressive rollout.  Another user got a notice on his Fitbit app when he got it.

All my scores are gone and I too am getting a message to wear my Fitbit for 7 days. Not happy, I check that daily and should not have lost my history.

Best Answer

That's so frustrating!!!!

Hopefully you're able to get that problem resolved. It's sad how sometimes upgrades and improvements can make things worse

Awesome thank you!

I will be on the lookout

Me too. What’s going on? All seems a bit amateur.

Best Answer

Thank you!!!

Apparently they are rolling it out in "stages".   Which fine, whatever, but be up front about it.

This has happened to me also

You’re not the only one I’ve been a premium member for years and all of my all-time readiness scores are now gone after this update and September 2024 I now have it charged 6+ it changed all my tiles around

Best Answer

I have the same issues. Tried rebooting etc. no change .

Yeah my tiles got screwed up as well

what’s really weird , my readiness score shows on my Fitbit but not in my phone. So that’s really stupid

Best Answer

😬 they really need to work the bugs out before they roll something out.   I feel so bad for you all who have had it, and now it's messed up.    I never had it to begin with, but it sounds like it's a bigger head ache for you guys

I hope they get it straightened out.

Thank you, I thought I hit submit but I must not have.  I appreciate the input! I will keep a look out

Same thing happened to me.
I’ve been using this feature for years and now it’s gone.
I guess I can cancel Premium now.

Best Answer

More like a regressive rollout.
Not the first time Fitbit has messed up my data. getting tired of Fitbit’s foul ups

Best Answer

Also not happy.
Why does a rollout making the feature free to all users result in data loss for users that paid for premium services?

Best Answer

This reminds of when Fitbit updated the app format and messed up all the tiles. No options for loyal subscribers. I lost data then too.

Fitbit keeps testing its users and pushing us away.

Same, I've been a loyal customer for about 10 years now.   And I love all things Google but so many dumb changes happened when they took over.
