Request to be able to turn off and or understand the metrics behind this message

 I’ve called Fitbit and there’s currently no way to remove this or understand which health metrics it’s using to provide this ‘take it easy’ message.  I would like to not have it come up.  I can x it out but it’s coming up every day.
