Return Authorization Number - Versa 4 Red X

My Versa 4 has stopped working, won't sync.  Have followed restart instructions available and device gives wrong time and then I get the Red X.  I need a return authorization number as well as an address as to where I can return the device.

Hi @RWT22556  you'll need to contact customer support by going to this page - click to go there - and filling out the required fields. As you progress, you will go from page to page, adding any required information. Ultimately you will arrive at the place where you can decide to receive or to make a call directly to support. It's the way you'll get things going.
