SPO2 is not working Versa 4

What on earth is going on. The facility that is so important to me just isn’t working. Stress levels compounded by the fact that I am actually in hospital with pneumonia so it would be great if this was resolved.

I have tried everything and cannot get the SPO2 to work on the watch. I see the graphs in the app but cannot get the clock face to work. Any help is appreciated.

I have a Versa 4 BTW and have had it for many months
