Welcome to the Fitbit community, @Briantreadwell!

If you have this issue with a specific clock face that is meant to show your step progress, please try if changing the clock face will get this corrected. Here's how to do that:

How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

If your Versa 4 is working as expected afterwards, you can switch back to the clock face you had selected before.

You might also try restarting your Versa 4 to get things fixed. To do so, first sync your device with your Fitbit app to not lose any data it has tracked so far. Then press and hold your Versa 4's button for around 10 seconds until you'll see the Fitbit logo on it's display.
