Hi 

My partner's watch is showing the wrong time so out of sync, however this is a problem as we cant sign in due to the following issues.

1; Her email was hacked last year so she now has a different email to the fit bit one in the log in sceen

2; we tried to log in anyway and it say there is a issue may be the password is wrong only guessing that one? but cant reset password as the link wont go to new email address ads cant log in to change it

 

Can any one help
