Skin temperature not working

So it’s been way past a week and my skin temperature tells me to sleep with my watch on for 3 nights. But I’ve slept with it on every night for at least 10 straight. Anyone else having this issue?

I’m not sure but I signed back up to be a premium member when I got the new watch since they had the 6 month offer.  So either way it sounds like there’s a issue. Hopefully we get some feedback soon.

So it’s a week later and still no skin temperature reading and no response. I’m really tempted to send this thing back at this point.

I'm sure I read somewhere that you need to wear the Versa 4 for 30 days before it can read your baseline about your skin temperature

Thanks for the response! I’ll have to look into that. It just seems strange considering the watch says to wear it for 3 nights to get a reading.

Where are you looking? The dashboard tile for temperature says the same for me as for you, but if I go into Health Metrics instead, I can see my temperature, with the nightly variations. Seems it is the dashboard tile that has a bug and is not updating.

I said 30 days. Then I went to check and it says 30 nights. As it checks the skin temperature variations for the night. 

Hope it helps. 

I just bought my versa 4, 3 days ago so I'm well new to this.

My sleep temp is working now. I've had my watch about 3 weeks now. Just looked in Health Metrics on the APP and it shows 7 days of data.

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! The dashboard is what I was looking at but I hadn’t looked at the metrics because it kept saying to wear my watch for 3 nights. I now see data is showing up under the metrics. Much appreciated!!

Agreed, thanks for the info...it appears that the tile in the dashboard is the issue, perhaps along with the other issues that they will fix/update it.
