I’m not sure but I signed back up to be a premium member when I got the new watch since they had the 6 month offer. So either way it sounds like there’s a issue. Hopefully we get some feedback soon.
Best AnswerI'm sure I read somewhere that you need to wear the Versa 4 for 30 days before it can read your baseline about your skin temperature
Best AnswerWhere are you looking? The dashboard tile for temperature says the same for me as for you, but if I go into Health Metrics instead, I can see my temperature, with the nightly variations. Seems it is the dashboard tile that has a bug and is not updating.
I said 30 days. Then I went to check and it says 30 nights. As it checks the skin temperature variations for the night.
Hope it helps.
I just bought my versa 4, 3 days ago so I'm well new to this.
Best AnswerMy sleep temp is working now. I've had my watch about 3 weeks now. Just looked in Health Metrics on the APP and it shows 7 days of data.
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! The dashboard is what I was looking at but I hadn’t looked at the metrics because it kept saying to wear my watch for 3 nights. I now see data is showing up under the metrics. Much appreciated!!
Agreed, thanks for the info...it appears that the tile in the dashboard is the issue, perhaps along with the other issues that they will fix/update it.
