Only since the app software update my sleep and also that of my wife’s charge5 are not being tracked properly. Added to the new app facia being a mess and seemingly difficult to adjust. Can this be looked at please. All the usual on/offs etc have been done

Sad to hear that you're having issues regarding sleep tracking with your devices. As a first approach to hopefully sleep tracking results I'd suggest setting up a sleep schedule and a sleep goal.
