Sleep tracker not working

After a recent firmware update, sleep tracker is not working.  I have already factory reset the device.  Other items like steps, distance etc are working.  Any suggestions?

Hi @Arvinsn @Missjazz21 @Smithlyrd - did you try to restart the watch and fully sync. 

Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Check that the app is monitoring heart rate fully and there is a decrease at night as this is used to work out sleep.

Also make sure in the Fitbit App, Device page, that your watch is connected to the account and your phone isn't.

I have used a Fitbit since 2017 and I upgraded to Versa 4 over a year ago. 
I have never had so many nights with no sleep score as I have with the Versa 4. Approximately 1-2 a week for no apparent reason. 
I’m not doing anything different but it affects the weekly sleep score and it is totally frustrating. Not impressed and cannot recommend Fitbit versa 4.

Hi @Jnblyth and others - I've seen the Versa 4 wake systematically every 15 minutes sometimes [each time there is an automatic sync], this may confuse things for it when sleeping - try logout before bed to leave the watch in standalone mode, and set the watch in Sleep mode from Quick Settings before bed - it can also be scheduled in the watch settings. See if that makes a difference.

Well, I tried that and I reset the fitbit and I cleaned the back.  No sleep score last night again.   Recorded time correctly for sleep schedule for 7 hours but got simplified sleep score of 3 hrs 53 min.  I know I was not awake for the missing 3 hours.  Another disappointing result.
