With Versa 4, the speed running in km/h is not available!!
As the cardio, it's really important to get this information when people do a jogging.
Thanks Google team to provide this function in the next software update!!
All runners are waiting for!

Hello @Phi-Del and welcome to the Community. I wear a Sense 2 which has the same OS as your Versa 4. I apologize if I'm misreading what you wrote. If you are asking about real time stats on your screen, Fitbit reports pace, not speed. The time you see might look like something in feet and inches, but it is minutes and seconds per km. So if you are seeing something like 4' 48", you will finish a 5k in 25 minutes.
If this doesn't help you, can you ask your question a different way?

@Phi-Del as much as there should be an option to show the speed rather than the pace (which many other watches do offer as one of the data fields) but mind that almost no runner uses speed (kmh, mph) but the majority (maybe all) use pace (minutes per mile/km). Simply, runners (or "joggers", whatever name you go with) use pace not speed and unlikely Fitbit will change that in the metrics.
