Steps and stairs

I'm frustrated! My Versa 4 isn't calculating my steps or stairs. I've called customer service and I've restarted my fitbit and even done factory settings. Is there anything else that can be done? 

I wish I never got this one.

Hi @Monikutty - if you Factory reset and set it up again and it is not functioning properly it may be faulty and can be replaced under warranty. Contact support again.
