Steps

3xs this week, the Versa has "removed" steps from my total. Today, I check it and it  showed 7,000+ and 2 hours later show 4,000. WTH? 
I'm so tired of various features malfunctioning.
and the "support" is a joke.

Hi @Celt04 - did you go to the device/account (Connected to) page in the Fitbit App and make sure only your Versa 4 is connected to the account.

Then sync with the watch and after doing steps sync and check it is registering the new steps correctly.
