Still NO BR and SLEEP STAGES

Versa 4 - 2 weeks old.  Customer support  ZERO help.  Troubleshooting ZERO HELP.  Maybe I got a lemon.  

Everything tracks fine but no sleep stages/score (just restfulness/awake/asleep), and no BR has ever tracked.  This is the reason I replaced my Sense - stopped tracking these.  

I have another non-fitbit tracker that doesn't seem to have an issue with finding my BR but Fitbit sure does.  Also tracks heart rate really low while sitting (get warnings) yet can be as high as 100 when laying down?  

Before I make the decision to return and possibly replace (the platform and comfort is what I like the most with Fitbit compared to others I've tried in the past 3yrs), I wonder if this is a me issue or a Fitbit issue....since NO ONE at FITBIT can give me an answer.  The best they can do is expect me to give them a video of my heart rate

While sleeping, does Fitbit record a heart rate? With no heart rate recorded you will not get sleep stages are BR.
